Account eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter this agreement. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorised means. TracRate is intended for personal, lawful use by automotive technicians and may not be used to infringe intellectual property or violate any laws.

Personal logging tool

TracRate is designed for your own records. It does not replace your employer’s payroll system, and you remain responsible for verifying your paycheck with your shop’s management.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the jobs, repair orders and other data you enter. We do not claim any rights to your content except as necessary to operate and improve the service.

Accuracy and responsibility

We provide tools to track flagged and actual hours, but you control the data. You agree to enter accurate information and understand that TracRate’s calculations are estimates.

Subscription, renewals & cancellation

After your free trial, you may choose a monthly or annual subscription. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Intellectual property

The TracRate software, website and associated content are owned by Vecogo. You may not copy, modify, distribute or resell any part of the service without written permission.

Service updates & changes

We continuously improve TracRate. Features and pricing may change over time, but we’ll notify you before significant updates and publish revised terms when necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vecogo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Our total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small‑claims court in Minnesota, unless otherwise required by law.
